General Terms and Conditions

All orders are F.O.B. Jefferson TWP., Pennsylvania.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Minimum order: There is no minimum order amount.

All clients are to use the Mail Order form at check out.

All International orders are to use the Mail Order Form at final checkout so we can calculate your shipping costs. All orders must be paid in full before shipment. Duties, taxes, fees etc. are the customers responsibility.

Payment for International orders are to paid for by Certified Cashiers Check only. We do not accept Personal or Business checks from International clients or money orders. We do not do wire transfers.

All drop ship orders must be prepaid. We have NO Net 30 accounts. All order must be paid in full before orders are shipped. We don't ship COD.

At this time businesses drop shipping orders to customers in Pennsylvania will not be charged sales tax. This may change in the future depending on state tax laws.

Damages: Please inspect your merchandise carefully before discarding the box and packing materials. You'll need to save it for UPS to inspect. UPS insurance is void otherwise. Please call us immediately to file damage claims with UPS. Credit will not be issued unless you notify us within a week of receiving shipment. For drop ship orders this time frame is 24 hours of your customer receiving shipment. We only have a limited time to file a claim. If you do not report it within 7 days of receiving your merchandise, we cannot file a claim. We will not be responsible for damaged merchandise not in its original packaging. No exceptions.

Returns and Exchanges: Within 7 days from the date of delivery, contact customer service via email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Describe why you would like to return the item(s) and whether you would like to exchange it. Once we receive the item(s) back in our warehouse and inspect it, we will refund your monies for the merchandise if it is in re-sell-able condition. The merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, showing no signs of wear or shelf damage. We recommend insuring your return package since we are not liable to complete the refund or exchange unless the merchandise is in its original, re-sell-able condition. No exchanges or returns after 7 days from the date of delivery.
