This information is for our International Clients. (Non-U.S. based businesses)

All orders place to International destinations will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail International. Bulk orders will be shipped in more than one box. All International orders are shipped by air. We have found that shipping by ship is not acceptable for the type of products that we make. We ship to any country that our government allows us to. Duties, taxes and fee are your responsibility. We use extra packaging materials to help guarantee that your shipment will arrive in the same condition that we shipped it in. We have been serving clients International for quite some time now, so shipping Internationally is not new to us.

All tracking information will be emailed to you when your order ships. If you you have not received your order in a reasonable amount of time (usually 6-10 days by the USPS shipping schedule) please to contact us or check with your governments customs agency. There usually isn't a problem with customs but there have been instance where another countries customs agents have held up shipments. Why? We have no idea. But it has happened on rare occasions.
