International Clients Placing Orders to the U.S.

The title may sound confusing but it is very simple.

This will most likely happen if you have a website or one of your customers has friends or family here in the United States and wants to send them one of our beautiful crystal figurines as a gift.

How to place and pay for an International to domestic order.
.
1. Find the item that your customer wants to purchase on our site.
.
2. Go through the normal checkout procedure with the exception that at final checkout select PayPal to pay for your purchase. The cart will charge the flat rate shipping charge since the destination of the order is here in the continental United States.
.
3.You will receive an email notice the shipping costs. This invoice is to be paid when received. If it is not paid the order will not ship. We feel this is only fair to both you and Crystal Mountain Creations. If you don't feel this is fair don't place the order.

Domestic orders (orders with continental U. S. destinations) ship by UPS ONLY. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes so the destination address will have to be a physical street address. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY
